Return and refund
Purchased products can be returned within 30 days after delivery according to our following policy:
1. The product must be in the same condition as you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Pure and Clear will not accept any requests for replacements or refunds after 30 days from the date of delivery.

Note: Pure and Clear reserves the right to refuse requests that do not meet the above criteria or show signs of tampering, refund and replacement will not be accepted.
I. Pure and Clear has sent defective product / wrong product:
In the rare event that you receive a defective product, wrong product, during the delivery process, please accept our apologies and choose between two solutions we offer:
1. Once we receive your requests/proofs, we will inspect them, if approved, we will provide you with a return address. We will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
2. We will send you a new product to the same address as soon as you provide us with the return receipt. We will be responsible for the shipping cost.
3. The reshipped product will be sent with the same details as the first order, we will not accept any changes.

3. We will refund the same amount you paid for your order by bank transfer.
II. Buyer ordered the wrong product:
If you ordered the wrong product mistake, the solution we propose:
1. We will provide you with a return address. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
2. We will ship the new item to you as soon as the returned package has arrived at our warehouse and has been verified to be in the same condition as we originally sent it. Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipment processing time:
We usually ship all our products within 48 hours after receiving the order. We use express shipping to make sure your product gets to you as quickly as possible.
Every effort is made to ensure your products arrive in a timely fashion, although rarely, errors can arise and we ask that you kindly allow up to two weeks for your order to be delivered.

We provide free international express shipping for all of our customers that reach a certain order value.
For smaller order values, Shipping charges are calculated according the shipping zones, however, we always split the shipping cost with our costumers and pay half.
The shipping period varies from 2 business days to 7 business days for orders in Europe, NORTH AMERICA and GCC depending on your city.
For orders in Asia, south America and African countries other than Morocco, the delivery can take up to 10 business days.
In Morocco, orders are usually delivered in the same businesses day if you are located in Tangier, Casablanca or Agadir, for other cities, delivery period varies from next business day to 3 business days.
We use Aramex Express shipping as our global shipping partner. Each shipment will be accompanied by a tracking number and will be delivered right to your door step.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. You can track your order here.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
Pure and Clear is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
